You could always get your turmeric in a tincture or capsule form, OR you can add to all your foods because it is delicious. You can also make a mouth watering Turmeric Honey paste and enjoy a teaspoon a day. Here is a recipe we like:1/4 cup local, raw honey
1 teaspoon lemon zest
2 teaspoons ground turmeric
2 tablespoons raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar {I used Braggs}
pinch of ground black pepper {to activate the curcumin}
**Consider doubling this recipe to make a larger batch!
